Every Prodi order gets a tracking number by email when it ships. Here are three ways to see where your kit is.
1. Use the link in your shipping email
Open the email titled "Your order is on the way" and tap Track your order. It shows the latest carrier update.
2. Check your order status page
Your order confirmation email has a View your order button. That page always shows the current status and tracking number. You can also sign in to your account with the email you used at checkout.
3. Ask us
Can't find the email, or tracking hasn't moved for a while? Send us your order number through our contact page and a real person will check it with the carrier and reply within 24 hours.
Tip: tracking can take a day to show the first scan after the label is created, and your parcel may switch carriers on the way. That's normal.
